Rosemor’s recognition as an Investor in People is a significant milestone in their development, underpinning the rapid growth of the company. Having achieved many awards for their exciting and innovative technology, the Investor in People award clearly shows that they have excellent people systems and a culture to support the rapid development of their business.

As would be expected from this company, they approached the Investor in People standard implementation in an innovative way, were open to suggestions for improvement and involved their staff throughout the process.
