After over 20 years and many breakdowns, the car wash at Wiltshire Constabulary Police Headquarters finally gave up. Various new car wash systems were looked at and evaluated with the final decision being the Wash Tec Kwik Wash Single Arch Automatic, supplied by Rosemor International.

The car wash was selected on the basis that it would be used daily to keep the Force's fleet in a clean condition and retain the vehicles' values, it had to have the capability to clean all sizes of vehicles up to mid range vans. The system is driver operated with tickets being issued from the Vehicle Workshop Office.

Says Efi Rosen of Rosemor International "Now that police officers have experienced the new car wash system, user comments have been favourable, and Wiltshire police vehicles are the cleanest in the country. Buckets and sponges may now be discarded!"
